  The Signature on the credit card receipt actually had his surname "Chen" at the beginning. Then Cary looked at it and said that Chen is Taiwanese and he WOULD HAVE signed his surname first. But he did!! Or who ever signed it did... This is a huge mistake and if this is how Cary planned to prosecute, he would have had no case... Not to mention a lot of Taiwanses people or Asia. People in general sign their surname at the end once they are Icing in the US.
