  @ Sean I liked what you said its true, Elana made her choice as a human and now she's a vamp, so who knows. And that makes sense as to why Stefan looked so sad waiting for her to wake up. I think he knows this, I think he always knew Elana(the human) would choose him in the endgame but now they are playing a new game also I don't think Stefan ever wanted her to be a vamp because that would make her too much like the woman that cursed him (Katherine) and he will have less reason to hold onto his humanity which he desperately wants back.
