Jimmy McGill visits many potential clients after his billboard scam put his number and face in front of people. The only new customers with whom he's successful are the elderly. The rest are all crazy. This leads Jimmy to consider moving into elder law since seniors need someone on their side as they age. He may or may not have been prompted by Kim while painting her toenails on a not-really date in the nail shop where Jimmy lives.

Kim gets a call from Howard that Chuck is in the hospital. She lies about her location, pretends to find Jimmy, and the two of them find Chuck catatonic in his hispital bed. He's unable to respond to anyone and seems almost unable to breathe. Jimmy sets about turning off all the lights in the room and slowly Chuck comes back to them all.

A doctor wants to have Chuck committed but Jimmy refuses to send his big brother away.
