After learning that Chuck is the reason he couldn't get hired at HHM, Jimmy is in a tailspin. He heads home to Chicago to get his bearings and finds his friend Marco still sitting on the same stool he was sitting on when Jimmy left so many years before. Marco has found employment and is no longer a full time con-man, but his employment is unfulfilling.

After running one con for old time's sake, the men embark on a weeklong bender of running jobs on unsuspecting patrons in their favorite bar. No one says a word as long as the guys keep buying rounds for the regulars. When Jimmy tries to leave, Marco asks him to pull the Rolex con one more time. Jimmy tries to refuse, but the pull of the job is too strong. That turns out to be Marco's last job ever as he dies in the alley.

Jimmy stays behind to bury his friend and just before the funeral gets a call from Kim that could change his life.
