Chicago Med Season 5 Episode 20 revolves around issues of trust.

When Asher leaves early for a meeting and won't let Will drive her, he's suspicious, especially after a friend of hers shows up in the hospital with a rash and is clearly high on heroin.

While Will has his doubts about this, he doesn't doubt that a patient presenting himself as Roger, a former patient of his, is who he says he is. He gives "Roger" medication that the guy turns out to be allergic too and soon finds out that this is a case of identity fraud.

The real Roger is located and says he gave his friend his insurance card because his friend doesn't have insurance and needed to see a doctor ASAP. Will goes off on him.

Meanwhile, two cops from New Orleans show up and accuse Marcel of murder. They want to arrest him while he's in surgery. Goodwin stops them and Nat decides to prove Marcel is innocent.

And Ethan runs into a hostage situation to try to save a young child despite the risk to himself.
