Law & Order: SVU Season 19 Episode 3 revolves around three women who sought revenge for being sexually abused in high school.

When Jason Karr is found to have been castrated in a hotel room, SVU investigates what happened ot him. The investigation leads them to three women who at first claim not to know each other, but are soon proven to have all had dinner together. The women were high school classmates who all were in a school club that Karr served as a faculty advisor to. When confronted with this act, the women admit that Karr had sex with them when they were underage.

One of the women, Evelyn, confesses to the actual castration and is arrested, but she claims she took the knife for protection because Karr forcibly raped her before. Karr is arrested and put on trial. His defense attorney argues that he was punished for a crime that may or may not have happened and that further punishment would be unjust, but Barba passionately disagrees.

Meanwhile, Benson thinks she is out of the woods after the investigation into Noah's injuries is closed, but then she gets some more bad news: his grandmother is alive and is seeking custody.
