Law & Order: SVU Season 23 Episode 11 focuses on a complicated case involving a pedophile who targets kids online.

When eight-year-old Tino's uncle leaves him by himself, Tino makes plans to meet another "kid" he met online. He's picked up by a man who claims to be the boy's father. Eventually, Tino feels dizzy and wants to go home but the man won't let him.

SVU walks into a family that's fighting over whose fault this is. After getting some info, they investigate and find Tino tied up and gagged by a radiator, but the perp is gone. SVU soon identifies the suspect, but before they can arrest him, someone else gets to him and they find him on the floor bleeding heavily. He's been stabbed.

Carlos is proven to be the stabber even though his girlfriend lies and says that he was with her, and when he's arrested things get complicated. Local vigilantes get involved and demand Carlos' release, and when Tino's father won't let him testify, Carlos is the only one who can help them make the case against the pedophile.

Meanwhile, Benson is concerned when Noah tells her what a friend's brother made him do while on a play date.
