Elizabeth confronts Chief of Staff Russell Jackson about reinstating Henry behind her back, but he reassures her that it's a one-time mission. Henry meets with his target but fails to score the dinner invitation he needs to plant a bug. Daisy shows off her huge engagement ring, much to Matt's continued displeasure. Elizabeth meets with Prime Minister Diacov who needs her assistance against a militant General. He asks for weapons which she cannot provide. So instead she offers up a former CIA colleague who specializes in counter insurgency to help him. On their way back to Moldova, their plane disappears. Everyone assumes it was shot down. Henry eventually gets the invitation he needs to his target's home and plants the bug. His assignment is officially over but after learning what's at stake, he doesn't know if he can quit. Meanwhile, Elizabeth finds out the plane did not crash but was hijacked by the militant General.
