The next day Michael is able to provide her with the numbers which confirmed what he had said before. Unfortunately he also brings bad news about President Dalton looking for a replacement for Secretary of State. Elizabeth doesn't believe him until he's able to provide documents on the three men who are being vetted for her position. Elizabeth angerily goes to President Dalton and lays into him on how he's betraying her. After she's done President Dalton informs her he was never planning on firing her, but was actually wanting to offer her the Vice President position. Elizabeth tells him she's going to need time to think about it. While she's in his office she pleads with him to agree to give Buckley over for Dmitri and he agrees to it. Elizabeth finally tells Henry about Dmitri possibly being alive and how they are going to Finland the next evening to the do the trade. Henry volunteers to go with her to identify him.
