The Good Doctor Season 3 Episode 19 revolves around the aftermath of a huge earthquake.

Melendez and Glassman run into Lea at a cancer charity function. She is there drinking to get her mind off her issue with Shaun. She follows the guys on a tour of the facility and an earthquake hits. The hallway where she was standing is blocked off.

Lim gets a team together quickly. She tells the staff that they are to cancel all elective/non-essential surgeries and focus on the patients and has Claire, Park, and Shaun accompany her to the scene to be first responders.

Shaun learns Lea is missing and impulsively goes looking for her in a dangerous area, where he finds a woman named Vera trapped in the rubble. Vera was there in search of her ex-boyfriend and her leg has been impaled by a metal bar.

Park works with a teenager who was there drinking when he shouldn't have been. Lim tells him that the kid, Casey, won't survive -- as soon as the bar is lifted off him, he will bleed out.

And Melendez and Claire must do emergency surgery right there in the rubble to stop the director from becoming paralyzed, but her wife doesn't want her to go through with it.
