The Good Doctor Season 6 Episode 3 tells a story about a marriage counselor who has a brain tumor.

Julianna comes into the hospital with a broken ankle, but she has serious memory issues that cause Shaun to ask for CT scan. He finds a tumor.

During the surgery, Julianna's blood pressure goes up and she crashes, despite no history of cardiac issues. When she awakens, she says she knows she died on the table. She saw the doctors working on her and then saw bright lights and her late husband.

Shaun thinks this is a sign of another tumor. Asher also doubts this really happened. A scan shows nothing but Shaun wants to operate anyway. Julianne doesn't want the surgery but eventually consents; however, she dies on the table.

Meanwhile, Lim is determined to prove that Shaun caused her paralysis and keeps bothering Glassman about it. Glassman admits he's angry but doesn't think it's relevant. Shaun saved Lim's life. Lim doesn't see it that way. She's glad Glassman is finally on her side instead of Shaun's.

Shaun tries to talk to Lim about his personal life but she shuts him down and says she hates him for causing her paralysis.
