Lisa Rinna heads to her home town of Medford, OR and convinces her two teenage daughters to come with her. Her childhood home is being sold after her parents have moved into an assisted living center. Lisa's children are horrified at the small town her mother had to endure while growing up.

At lunch Lisa Rinna introduces Yolanda Foster to Eileen Davidson and the two hit it off immediately. Yolanda and Eileen have kids who went to school with one another. Yolanda decides to invite Lisa to Kyle's bbq party. Eileen and her husband, Vince attends and it turns out that Kyle and Eileen worked together once on Days of Our Lives.

All of the actors in the group discuss the lies they've told to get roles including Kim saying she played tennis, Kyle pretending to wear glasses and Eileen who was injured when she said she could ride a motorcycle when she couldn't.
Brandi continues to try and push Lisa Vanderpump to rekindle their friendship but Lisa is wondering why this is such a priorty for Brandi all of a sudden. Especially since she had no trouble telling all of their friends how horrible she was not that long ago.
