On The Taste Season 3 Episode 2, the cooks were given a seafood challenge, and guest judge and mentor Eric Lipert was there to judge the team challenge.

Before they began cooking, each mentor gave their cooks a quick demonstration of a dish, and assigned them a specific type of dish to cook. Nigella's advice included lots of liquor, and Anthony assigned his cooks
seafood stew as their dish.

At the end of the team challenge, each mentor chose one dish to represent each group. In Nigella's team, this became a quick point of contention.

Guest judge Eric Ripert tasted the representative dishes blind, choosing his favorite and least favorite dishes. The mentor whose team had the worst dish was forced to send home one of their home. So which mentor was forced to send home a cook this week? And who did they choose?

After one cook went home, the rest of the cooks created individial seafood dishes for the solo challenge.

Then, the mentors tasted each dish blind, choosing their best and worst dishes. One mentor chose one of their own cooks as their worst dish, but did that mean they sent home their own cook?
