I'm not going to lie. I cannot get over the fact Jesse Quick is suiting up in an old look.
How fulfilling can it be to wear a costume as a hero when the last time you saw it, it was being worn by a villain? It just feels wrong to me.
Nonetheless, that's what we have on The Flash Season 3 Episode 4, as well as a couple new Rogues and the return of Captain Cold, someone we haven't seen in a very long time.

Mirror Master and The Top are a couple. He's played by Grey Damon, she's Ashley Rickards.

3. Fun Spoiled - The Flash Season 3 Episode 4
It looks like Mirror Master and The Top have realized their fun is spoiled. No fair!

Sam Scudder is the name of the Mirror Master, who Harry will name because Cisco isn't as fast on his feet as he once was.

It's true, Jesse is wearing Trajectories leftover suit. I'm really not sure how I feel about that. Sad for Jesse, certainly.
7. Jesse Quick - The Flash Season 3 Episode 4
Jesse doesn't take some directions Barry give to heart and somehow gets them into a jam. Maybe she's a bit too eager.
8. Looking Bratty - The Flash Season 3 Episode 4
Then again, maybe Jesse is just peeved she's wearing a hand-me-down suit. Not superhero, let alone a girl, wants to sport another gals glams.

Barry is directing the action and training Jesse on her first big mission as a speedster.
10. The Old Captain Cold is Back - The Flash Season 3 Episode 4
For an entire season on DC's Legends of Tomorrow, we called him Snart. Now he's back to Captain Cold.
11. Ready for Action - The Flash Season 3 Episode 4
The Flash is ready for action against this new set of Rogues. Apparently Mirror Master and Captain Cold aren't too friendly and are at the center of all of this.
12. Swanky Fashion - The Flash Season 3 Episode 4
Mirror Master is a bit of a throwback to the mobster rules era, when guys carried big guns and wore zoot suits.
13. Look Out Cold! - The Flash Season 3 Episode 4
Captain Cold has no idea Mirror Master is behind him. He'll likely get the low down on Mirror Master, though, because Cold is a member of the Legion of Doom.
14. Doomed - The Flash Season 3 Episode 4
Captain Cold going rogue again and becoming a member of the Legion of Doom is just depressing on so many levels. Guess he never got on the Waverider in this newish, post flashpoint timeline.
15. Here Comes Jesse - The Flash Season 3 Episode 4
Jesse is on her way to save the day. Can she do it?
16. Satisfaction - The Flash Season 3 Episode 4
Jesse seems satisfied with her performance. I guess that means all is well with the world.
