Jerry ver Dorn is best known for his role as Ross Marler on the popular soap opera Guiding Light. He became one of the longest-running cast members, debuting in the role on March 23, 1979 and portraying the character of Ross for over 26 years.
However, on October 21, 2005, ver Dorn replaced Clint Ritchie in the role of Clint Buchanan on ABC's One Life to Live, a role Ritchie had originated in 1979 and portrayed until 1998.
This veteran actor has made his presence felt here ever since.
