It sure seems that way, as someone is pronounced dead at the title of the installment, 11:59.

In addition, the promo touts the end of an era.

If you recall, at the beginning of the season, there was a specific scene showing Felicity, Diggle and Oliver sitting down to toast the Original Team Arrow.

Is that the end of the era? Will a death ensure that team can never reunite, even if Miss Felicity decides to rejoin the team?

If so, then that places John Diggle a lot higher on the list.

And with the entrance of Andy Diggle as a highly connected member of HIVE (not unexpected), that doesn't sound like an impossibility.

It's Laurel's voice making the statement about time of death.

Would she be appearing as Shado once did, as a ghost, narrating her own scenes?

Does she belong to an era that's coming to an end? I don't think so.
