Holden Matthews still has a lot of stories left to tell.
A brand new trailer for Beyond Season 2 was released at New York Comic-Con, and it shows that even if Holden wants to move on with his life, the past will always come back to haunt him.
If the past did not come back to haunt him, there would be no show.
The most significant takeaway from the trailer is that Holden is not the only one in town with powers, but how can they be linked to each other?
That will be the bigger question as we head into the new run of episodes.
Beyond Season 1 concluded with Holden coming face-to-face with the younger version of himself inside the Realm, but was it all an illusion?
We have no idea, but it sure set the stage for an interesting second season.
Now that Holden and Willa are closer than ever, it's obvious someone will come in the way of that.
Freeform also confirmed the series would return with a two-hour premiere on January 18.
It's unclear at this stage whether the network will continue with the binging model used for the freshman run.
