Scandal Promo: Is Cyrus Being Set Up?

Surprisingly, Scandal Season 6 has been a return to form for the series. 

On Scandal Season 6 Episode 3, Cyrus will continue to claim his innocence, but he will put a plan in motion to get rid of Olivia. 

Seemingly, he wants the world to think he is being set up by Olivia Pope, but it seems like a mere way to take the heat away from himself. 

With Fitz now in the know about the incriminating video, he will try to get the truth from Cyrus. 

Abby, however, seems to think Olivia is looking too much into it in an attempt to get herself into the White House. 

If you watch Scandal online, you will know that Olivia is a bit of an opportunist, but she would not go that far. 

Meanwhile, Fitz will continue his relationship with Angela, but will she say anything about Quinn stealing the evidence?
