The Originals Sneak Peek: Scheming Siblings

at .

The Mikaelson family motto, "family above all," will meet its match on The Originals Season 3 Episode 9. Psycho siblings Tristan and Aurora are scheming against Klaus and Elijah by putting Freya in their crosshairs.

As the last remaining witch willing to work with them (partly because she's related to them), Freya's digging into the details of Lucien's medallion puts her life in danger.

(Speaking of witches, where's Davina? Did she finally go to high school? Is she trying to be a normal kid? Who knows!)

When Rebekah returns, having spent a little time lost at sea, she's not quite herself. Freya sets out to find a way to rescue her sister from the spell cast by The Strix's witch.

That's probably not going to make Tristan very happy, but then again, what does?

In this exclusive clip from tomorrow night's mid-season finale, Tristan shares part of his plan to destroy Klaus with Aurora. She has just woken up from a medically induced slumber, having lost several days in the process, and doesn't even seem upset that her brother keeps drugging her.

Tristan drugs Aurora. Klaus daggers his siblings. Are those two REALLY all that different?

Elsewhere during the hour, Cami will try to help Detective Kinney put his life back together as he continues to suffer the effects of Lucien's compulsion, and Marcel has some strong words for Vincent about why he should return to his witchy roots.

Hayley and Jackson spend a quiet Christmas together with Hope and receive an unexpected surprise. Who doesn't love surprises?

Cami and Freya, looking unscathed, join them for the celebration.

The Originals Season 3 Episode 9 Quotes

My feelings for Elijah are complicated, Jack. But that doesn’t mean that I love you any less. I chose you. And I choose you again every single day. Can’t that be enough?

Hayley

Elijah: Hello, sister.
Rebekah: Tell me I didn’t miss Christmas.
