The Resident Promo: Healthcare Has Changed!

If you thought Conrad would pull back on taking on the system, you're about to find out that he's only getting started!

Conrad isn't the only renegade in the bunch. Now that he and his intern are on solid ground, Conrad is teaching his "mini-me" the ropes. Devon has a bit of rebel in him as well. 

When a patient can't receive the adequate care that she needs and deserves because of the expenses and her undocumented state, Conrad along with Devon will bend as many rules as possible to figure out what's wrong with her while skirting the system. 

Barb, the person in charge of the hospital number-crunching, is not pleased with Conrad and his latest antics. Neither is Dr. Lane.

We still don't know about the relationship between Conrad and Lane. They appear to have a mutual respect for one another, but we also know she doesn't take any crap. What has her putting Conrad in his place? 

Bell is still mismanaging his shaky hand and educating Conrad on the state of healthcare during these rough times.

Nic has discovered that Lane's cancer patients are being overtreated. 

Conrad is about to do something reckless and/or heroic to save a patient, but it will put his job in jeopardy. He enlists the help of his trusty intern, Devon, and his friend, Mina, but will Nic and Irving help too? 

Elsewhere, an old friend comes into town, but he may just put the moves on Nic. Warren Christie guest-stars.
