Promotional photos from the next episode of Grey's Anatomy hint at a number of things:

• Will Derek pop the question to Meredith?
• Are Callie and Arizona (guest star Jessica Capshaw) gonna get it on?
• Now that Mark and Lexie are totally a couple, will they go public?
• Is George actually going to do something?

These developments, combined with the Private Practice cast arriving and shaking things up, make for an interesting episode coming our way on February 5.
