As previously reported, House celebrates its 100th episode on February 2.

Aside from Cameron taking over Cuddy's job during this installment of the show, Michael Ausiello of Entertainment Weekly says the episode will focus heavily on Dr. Wilson. (It's about time, we say! We miss House's hilarious BFF.)

Ausiello reports that Wilson will finally (and completely) make peace with Amber's death during this special hour. The television columnist also says the landmark edition will find one of the show's couples contemplating parenthood.
