This is really a NON-House spoiler...

When asked if there were any plans for a special episode of the show in which Chase and Cameron get married, Jesse Spencer pretty much had two words: Heck. No.

Okay, he actually had more than that. Here they are:

"I think [producers] are wary about getting into too much relationship stuff. It's a procedural show at its core. That's why people like it. That's why I like to watch it... [Besides], how much do people want to see well-adjusted, happy Chameron? Because of [creator David Shore's] general disdain for life, you can rest assured that what we won't be doing next season is getting happy..."

Look for more of Chase in the operating room and less of him and Cameron in the bedroom.

Well said, Jesse. But previous House spoilers do reveal some romantic pairings receiving attention... between the sheets!

Indeed, Cuddy and House are still scheduled to have sex before this season is through.
