E! Online reports that a cast member will, indeed, be written out before season five of the drama concludes.

However, sources say it won't be the most obvious character (Olivia Wilde's controversial "Thirteen"). Here's what else insiders say:

• It's not someone that has been rumored to be leaving.
• You'll be shocked by the reveal.
• There will be no build up to the death.
