As Grey's Anatomy prepares to turn 100 episodes young tomorrow night with "What a Difference a Day Makes," Grey's Anatomy Insider just wanted to offer its own brief congratulatory message to the show that has given us so much over the past four years.

So many terrific characters. So many tear-inducing moments. So many funny and poignant Grey's Anatomy quotes. Through the good times and bad times, we've stood by this terrific program and are thrilled that it's made it to such an impressive TV milestone.

So congratulations to the cast and crew - and here's looking forward to the next 100 episodes! And thanks to all our readers for making this such a great fan site!
