Jenny Slate and Nasim Pedrad Join Cast of Saturday Night Live

Entering its 35th season, Saturday Night Live has added a couple new cast members. They are:
- Jenny Slate: Best known for appearances on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon; hails from Brooklyn; graduated from Columbia University.
- Nasim Pedrad: Appeared as a nurse on ER for nine episodes; of Iranian-American descent; formerly part of the Groundlings comedy troupe.
Saturday Night Live returns to the air later this month. Megan Fox is rumored to be the first host.
