While the major news surrounding the House universe these days is the impending return of Jennifer Morrison, the Fox hit also aits a new episode next week.

It took this past Monday off due to a two-hour installment of 24, but returns on January 25 with an episode titled "Remorse."

As the official preview below depicts, the patient of the week feels even less than House does, while taking a special liking (in her own twisted way) to Thirteen. Check out the promo and then a few stills from the episode:
