On April 19, former Lost star Cynthia Watros will debut on House in the role of Wilson's first ex-wife...

... and new girlfriend!

Entertainment Weekly has posted the first image of Watros in the role of Dr. Sam Carr. It's no coincidence the character is a doctor, sources say, as House producers are open to the idea of making Watros a series regular next season.

For now, she'll serve as Wilson's first post-Amber relationship, one that House won't exactly take a liking to. But that's just too bad says Robert Sean Leonard:

“There can be great comfort in the past. [Wilson] wants his blankie. And there’s the extra benefit of familiarity and, in a way, a lack of drama.”

Call us crazy, but we bet Sam brings plenty of drama along with her...
