House opens up about a tough week on Monday's all-new episode of House.

Titled "Baggae," the installment will make viewers privy to the addict's session with Dr. Nolan, as Andre Braugher reprises his role as House's therapist.

In the first clip, we learn about one reason why House is struggling these days, as he flashes back to a difficult case:

From there, Wilson drops a bomb. It plays into the theme of loneliness that will be expored more on the show's season finale, as detailed in our House spoilers section.
