Eric Dane, who debuted his daughter in the new issue of Us Weekly, is thrilled to be a parent - and he isn't the only one who thinks his baby girl is beautiful.

Grey's Anatomy creator Shonda Rhimes said at the Television Academy Honors in L.A.: "He's a great guy and he has one of the most beautiful babies."

Hard to argue with either of those points ...

The Grey's Anatomy cast member welcomed his first daughter with Rebecca Gayheart on March 3. They seem to be settling in extremely well so far.
