The Office Promotes Zach Woods (Sabre Lackey Gabe)

Proving that there is occasionally room for advancement in The Office, even in an increasingly paperless world, the NBC comedy has promoted Zach Woods to series regular.

In our opinion, Zach, who was introduced last season as Gabe, a.k.a. the insecure bean pole second-in-command at Sabre, is a terrific addition to one of TV's funniest casts.

Somehow, the show has a way of meshing newer characters seamlessly with the core Dunder Mifflin staff. By seamlessly, we mean awkwardly. See The Office quotes section.

Get ready for more passiveness from Gabe in Season Seven!

While some shows have too many cast members, this one excels with one after another. Here's hoping Kathy Bates' Jo makes more appearances going forward, too.

The Office Quotes

Sometimes I'll start a sentence, and I don't even know where it's going. I just hope I find it along the way. Like an improv conversation. An improversation.

When I was in college I used to get wicked hammered. My nickname was Puke. I would chug a fifth of SoCo, sneak into a frat party, polish off a few people's empties, some brewskies, some Jell-O shots, do some body shots off myself, pass out, wake up the next morning, puke, rally, more SoCo, head to class. Probably would have gotten expelled if I had let it affect my grades, but I aced all my courses. They called me Ace. It was totally awesome. Got straight Bs. They called me Buzz.
