House and Wilson taking care of Cuddy's daughter, Rachel, for almost an entire episode? What else do House fans even need to know about "Unplanned Parenthood" in order to tune in next week?!?

Aside from the antics ahead for this pair, the 10/18/10 installment will also focus on Taub and Foreman's search for a Thirteen replacement. It looks Chase has lost that gig, though he did make out pretty well from his brief hiring of Kelly this week... literally!
