We've missed Noah Wyle from our television lives.

The actor has remained relatively quiet since leaving ER, but will return this summer to anchor Falling Skies, an apocalyptic drama produced by Steven Spielberg.

Wyle will star on the series as Tom Mason, a man whose wife is killed in an alien attack. This Boston history professor becomes the leader of a resistance known as 2nd Mass and is intent on finding his lost son. Get your first look at Wyle in this role now:
