The much-anticipated/dreaded Grey's Anatomy musical episode is most definitely on, and now, thanks to TV Line, we have new details on how this comes about.

The episode will be "told from Callie’s hallucinatory POV," writes Michael Ausiello, and will unfold during a medical crisis involving the unborn Calzonasloan baby.

So ... life and death stakes + hormones + medications = Snow Patrol covers. Awesome?
