Based on a new Glee Season 4 poster and a new cast photo in honor of upcoming episodes, Kate Hudson will play a major role on the Fox hit this fall.

And Dianna Agron will not.

Ryan Murphy Tweeted the following promotional posters earlier this afternoon, the first of which makes it clear that Rachel Berry - The NEW Rachel Berry, based on the title of the Season 4 premiere - may need to protect herself from the bite of Hudson's NYADA dance instructor later this year:

The second image, meanwhile, depicts almost every significant cast member, with the notable exception of Agron's Quinn Fabray.

However, Murphy took to Twitter again soon after releasing the picture and wrote: Gleeks, please relax. Dianna is still on the show. We love her and have great plans for Quinn. #QuinnFabrayLives.

We'll find out a lot more when Glee moves to Thursdays and premieres September 13...
