In this sneak preview clip from tomorrow night's Grey's Anatomy season premiere, Owen finds Derek and Meredith with their new family to say congratulations and tell them the board needs to gather.

They are the board, of course, and with that means decisions they weren't aware needed to be made.

Take a look at the scene, which quickly turns from joyous to serious, from "Seal Our Fate" below:

In a previous sneak peek, narrated by Richard, we see Callie walk out on Arizona after their argument, and April confront Jackson about her feelings before they are interrupted by Stephanie.

Bailey pages Webber before the camera pans down to the basement where he lies motionless:

Yet another clip from the episode features Bailey starting the search for Webber after he doesn’t answer her page. She asks a reluctant Shane to go find him to help with their many surgeries.

Shane then runs into Heather, who is on her way to answer Derek’s emergency page. Shane, being Shane, lies to her and tells Heather that Derek wanted her to go look for Webber instead.

She goes to the generator room and is shocked to find Webber lying face down. Without thinking, she steps into a puddle that gives her an electric shock. Soon enough, he is out cold as well.

In the first hour of the Grey's Anatomy premiere, "Seal Our Fate," the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital doctors are faced with the devastation left by the storm, according to ABC's official synopsis.

A giant mudslide in Seattle injures a group of first responders and citizens, straining the ER.

Meanwhile, Meredith is faced with a tough decision that will affect the life of a loved one, Callie is rocked by the reality of Arizona’s infidelity, and Richard’s life (as we know) is in extreme danger.

In the second hour, "I Want You With Me," the fight continues, Callie makes a bold decision regarding her relationship, and the doctors come together upon receiving devastating news.”
