It has already been a very busy week in the world of reality TV. And a very violent one as well.

Multiple fights broke out across a number of shows, though the epidemic fortunately didn't hit THE BIGGEST LOSER, where Rachel Frederickson took home the grand prize after shedding nearly 60 percent of her body weight.

But THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF BEVERLY HILLS featured a verbal war between Kim and Carlton, one that started with a bad dream and ended with an accusation of anti-semitism.
