TV Ratings Report: State of Affairs Falls, Sleepy Hollow Bottoms Out

Neither NBC nor Fox woke up today with positive ratings news.

First, State of Affairs Season 1 Episode 2 lost 28 percent of its premiere audience, dropping to 6.3 million total viewers and a 1.7 rating among 18-49-year olds.

Opening for Katherine Heigl and company, The Voice fell to a series low among young adults for a performance episode.

On Fox, Gotham Season 1 Episode 10 held steady from last Monday, but Sleepy Hollow dropped to a 1.4 demographic rating, hitting a series low.

Elsewhere around the dial:

  • The Originals Season 2 Episode 8 (1.3 million/0.6) decreased by a tenth, while Jane the Virgin (1.1 million/0.4) was steady.
  • 2 Broke Girls (8.5 million/2.2) went up a tenth; The Millers dropped by nearly a quarter; Scorpion (10.2 million/2.3) increased by 15 percent and NCIS: Los Angeles (8.7 million/1.5) slipped two tenths.
  • Dancing With the Stars (14.8 million/2.4) enjoyed its most watched installment Season 19; while Castle (10.9 million/2.0) rose to its best ratings since it Season 7 opener.
