TV Ratings Report: Which ABC Premiere Popped?

at .

As it turns out, ABC viewers care more about sexy FBI agents than sexy money makers.

The network debuted a pair of new dramas on Sunday night, with Quantico Season 1 Episode 1 drawing a solid 7.1 million total viewers, along with a 1.9 rating among 18-49-year old.

These numbers were a major increase over what Revenge garnered in the time slot a year ago.

Conversely, Blood and Oil debuted to 6.3 million total viewers and a 1.4 demographic rating, down 17 and 36 percent, respectively, from Resurrection‘s year-ago opener.

Finally on ABC, Once Upon a Time Season 5 Episode 1 drew in 5.9 million viewers total, a 38 percent drop from last September's premiere... but on par with the May finale.

It's obviously VERY early, but the odds are not strong at this point that either Once Upon a Time or Blood and Oil will be a part of ABC's 2016-2017 schedule.
