TV Ratings Report: The Middle and Modern Family Encores Lead The Way

ABC pulled in a decent amount of viewers for their comedy encores last night.
Starting the night was The Middle, which managed 5.2 million total viewers and a 1.1 rating among people 18-49. Afterwards, The Goldbergs kept 4.1 million viewers and a 0.9 rating.
Modern Family (4.5 million/1.1 rating), Black-ish (2.7 million/0.7 rating) and additional episodes of The Goldbergs (2.9 million/0.7 rating) and Black-ish (2.7 million/0.7 rating) rounded out the night for ABC.
And elsewhere around the dial:
- On CBS, a special of I Get That a Lot (5 million/1.0 rating) led into encores of Code Black (4.1 million/0.7 rating) and Criminal Minds (5 million/0.9 rating).
- On Fox, it was encores of Empire (2.3 million/0.6 rating) and Rosewood (2 million/0.5 rating).
- On NBC, it was encores of Law & Order: SVU (4.8 million/0.8 rating) and Chicago PD (4.2 million/0.7 rating).
- And on The CW, iHeartRadio Jingle Ball (1.2 million/0.4 rating) and Whose Line Is It Anyway(1.1 million/0.3 rating) were also encores.
