TV Ratings Report: Legends Of Tomorrow & The 100 Dip

at .

The CW's new Thursday night line up lost some ground, but both shows were still strong.

Legends Of Tomorrow Season 1 Episode 2 dipped to 2.8 million viewers and a 1.1 rating. This is down just a tenth from last week's series premiere.

Then The 100 pulled in 1.7 million viewers and a 0.6 rating. Both shows kept The CW up double digits from the same night last year.

And elsewhere around the dial:

  • On Fox, American Idol (8.7 million/2.3 rating) was down a little from last week.
  • On NBC, You, Me & The Apocalypse debuted weak (5 million/1.2 rating). The Blacklist (7.1 million/1.6 rating) was up a tick, while Shades of Blue (6.5 million/1.3 rating) was down a tick. Shades of Blue is not the hit we thought it was in week one, but it seems to be a reliable performer. The true test will be when ABC's TGIT returns in two weeks.
  • On CBS, encores of The Big Bang Theory (9.6 million/2.0 rating), Mom (7.6 million/1.6 rating) and The Big Bang Theory (7.8 million/1.7 rating) led into an original Angel from Hell  (6.7 million/1.4 rating) and Elementary (6.1 million/1.1 rating).
  • And on ABC, Beyond The Tank (4 million/1.1 rating) and My Diet Is Better Than Yours (2.1 million/0.7 rating) remained duds.
