TV Ratings Report: Person of Interest Returns On Par

CBS's long delayed Person of Interest (7.4 million/1.2 rating) finally returned last night and its ratings were on par with it's Season 4 average.
Before that, NCIS (14.6 million/1.9 rating) and NCIS: New Orleans (12.4 million/1.8 rating) perked up.
The CW's The Flash (3.3 million/1.2 rating) and Containment (1.5 million/0.5 rating) both dipped a tenth.
ABC's Fresh off the Boat (4.3 million/1.1 rating) ticked down, but The Real O'Neals (3.3 million/1.0 rating), Agents of Shield (2.9 million/0.9 rating) and Beyond the Tank (1.9 million/0.5 rating) were in line with recent ratings.
Fox's double helping of New Girl (2.1 million/0.9 rating) was even, while The Grinder (1.6 million/0.5 rating) slipped to a new low. Grandfathered (1.9 million/0.7 rating) perked up a tenth.
And NBC's The Voice (8.4 million/1.6 rating), Chicago Med (7.6 million/1.5 rating) and Chicago Fire (7.8 million/1.6 rating) all fell.
