Aladdin will be making his way to Storybrooke this fall!
The cast of ABC's Once Upon A Time took to the San Diego Comic Con to tease what's to come on Once Upon A Time Season 6.
The main thing to take away from the panel was the debut of Aladdin.
Aladdin will be played by Deniz Akdeniz. With Aladdin in the mix, Jafar will be a huge part of the season.
He will be played by Oded Fehr. If you recall, Naveen Andrews played the character on Once Upon A Time In Wonderland.
Galavant's Karen David has also been tapped to play Princess Jasmine.
If you ever wondered why Belle constantly sticks by Rumple, even after all of the stunts he pulls, Emilie de Ravin had some insights you might like!
She wanted everyone to know that Bell is “acknowledging and realizing that part of that pull is him being kind of a bad guy. She likes that. Deep down, she sees the good in him … but that darkness, she likes that. She’s struggling with that quite a bit.”
It's crazy to think that Belle was so against a lot of the things Rumple did way back. Now, it seems like there's a possibility of them teaming up on a wicked mission.
If you thought Regina splitting in two would change her character, you were wrong. Lana Parilla was adamant that “Regina’s still sassy. She’s not going to lose her sass. The question I asked the guys is, ‘Is she just this pure, light being?’ And they said, ‘No, not really. She’s still sassy. That’s Regina.’ But the Evil Queen is slightly different than she used to be, I think. She’s now without a conscience, so she’s pure evil — and a lot of fun."
"Regina is desperate to really be this hero and be happy internally … and that’s really what she wants for herself. It’s going to be an interesting journey this year to see how the Evil Queen and Regina co-exist.”
It all sound pretty intriguing. The thought of two versions of Regina running around could get a little tedious, but if these two versions are so different, it could make for some interesting dynamics.
Remember that wedding dress that was present on Once Upon A Time Season 5 Episode 23? We can now reveal that it was not Emma's. Edward Kitsis decided to let us in on what Emma's wedding dress would like if she got married.
“If it was Emma’s wedding dress, it would be red and leather.”
That sounds pretty cool, but would Hook be wearing his signature eye liner? That came up A LOT during the panel.
It sure sounds like after bringing Hook back from death, the couple just need a long break to figure out their place in the world.
Emma and Hook are “trying to figure out how to navigate being together in the world now,” O’Donoghue said. “At the minute, he’s the same Hook, but I think we might find out a few things about his past.”
Horowitz then confirmed, “There’s more of Hook’s past that we delve into, and some surprising secrets that have been harbored.”
