Arrow returned to The CW last night, but the ratings took a hit.
The CW: Arrow (1.9 million/0.7 rating) returned four tenths lower than last fall and down a tenth from the Arrow Season 4 finale. Frequency (1.4 million/0.4 rating) premiered with very weak ratings. This is less than half of what Supernatural premiered with in the slot last year.
Fox: Lethal Weapon (6.5 million/1.7 rating) and Empire (9.2 million/3.3 rating) continued to drop.
NBC: Blindspot (5.6 million/1.3 rating) perked up, but Law & Order: SVU (5.7 million/1.3 rating) and Chicago PD (6.2 million/1.3 rating) slipped.
CBS: Survivor (8.5 million/1.8 rating), Criminal Minds (7.6 million/1.4 rating) and Code Black (5.9 million/1.0 rating) took a hit.
ABC: The Goldbergs (6.3 million/1.8 rating), Speechless (6.1 million/1.8 rating), Modern Family (7.4 million/2.3 rating) and Black-ish (5.6 million/1.6 rating) were all in line with one week earlier, but Designated Survivor (8 million/1.6 rating) dropped some more.
