Star made its debut with regularly scheduled episodes on Fox last night, but did it live up to the hype?
Fox: Star (4.8 million/1.6 rating) took a hit airing without Empire, but it still managed to pull in solid ratings for the network. If it can stay around these levels, Fox will tout it as a hit.
Before that, Lethal Weapon (6.1 million/1.4 rating) lost some viewers, but remained steady in the all important 18-49 demo.
ABC: The Goldbergs (6.7 million/1.9 rating), Speechless (5.7 million/1.7 rating), Modern Family (7.5 million/2.3 rating) and Black-ish (5.9 million/1.7 rating) were all up, while Match Game (4.9 million/1.3 rating) improved over the last few 2016 episodes of Designated Survivor.
CBS: Undercover Boss (6.5 million/1.2 rating) and Code Black (6 million/1.0 rating) ticked up, while Criminal Minds (7.3 million/1.3 rating) was even with its most recent episode.
NBC: Blindspot (5.2 million/1.1 rating) was even, while Law & Order: SVU (6.1 million/1.5 rating) ticked up, but Chicago PD (6.5 million/1.5 rating) dropped from Tuesday's telecast.
The CW: Frequency (0.7 million/0.2 rating) hit a new low in total viewers out of an encore of Arrow (0.8 million/0.3 rating).
