Charlie Gully is the owner of Florida Wrestling Dystopia (FWD), a major rival of Jack Spade and The DWL.

Charlie was hoping to poach Ace Spade out from under Jack's nose, using Rooster as bait, and Jack went to great lengths to prevent that and humble Ace. Ace was on board until he learned how he was being used at Rooster's expense.

Charlie has created promotional films disparaging the DWL, and together with that and his poaching, angered Jack and the DWL, and it resulted in an on-stage rebuff in which Jack beat his ass.

At the Georgia State Fair, it was Charlie who had the crowd chanting for Jack and tossing tissues at Ace, pitting brother against brother, and allowing Crystal to steal the belt trying to keep them from killing each other.

The rivalry will continue in Heels Season 2, with some surprising developments.
