Dr. James Wilson

James Wilson is the Head of the Department of Oncology at Princeton Plainsboro.

He serves as House's best friend and foil. The pair get along in a strange way, often relying on one another for both advice and insults.

Wilson seems to understand House in a way no one else can. He serves to enable, and to assist, his pal.
