Louis "Lou-Lou" Thomas

Lou-Lou is Raq's brother and Kanan's uncle. Unlike Marvin, Lou-Lou is looking for avenues outside of drug dealing, which can put him at odds with his sister. 

He is played by Malcom Mays.
