Here’s a brief recap of the series premiere of Life on Mars. It’s titled “Out Here in the Fields.”
Maya Daniels
Maya Daniels is Sam’s present-day girlfriend. She’s a policewoman, just like Annie. While Maya will never meet Annie, of course, the two have a lot in common: Annie’s struggles have enabled females such as Maya to become cops.
Also, an odd love triangle is formed between Maya, Annie and Sam.
