Rose Baker is one half of the duo known as the Baker Twins.  Rose definitely appears to be the weaker, sweeter and more innocent of the two sisters.  Rose definitely seems to struggle in school as she almost had to be held back for a second freshman year.  Luckily Megan has come in to tutor her and Rose seems more than willing to accept it.  That is unless Sage has anything to do with it...
